The old Ral road connected the Plains with Vic and Girona and was heavily traveled by merchants and traders. The thresholds of Carrer Moragas i Barret and Carrer de la Font bear witness to the various trades that developed there from the s. XVI, and the Plains has a lot of documentation from that time. The old path passes by the Font de l'Àngel, the old laundry, Mas Vedruna and the hermitage of the Àngel, spaces linked to various legends. The old road reaches the old Sant Feliu de Pallerols station.

An alternative way to return to town is along the Via Verda of Carrilet (Green Way) which also connects the two municipalities.
